I love hot chocolate. I also love Baileys Irish Cream AND I love salty sweet foods. So why not combine them all together to possibly make my new favorite drink! I’ll already tell you, this IS my new favorite drink!

Since it was snowing and the Christmas movies were on I was craving some good ol’ hot cocoa. But I was craving something sweet and salty. Most of the hot cocoa’s I have made are not sweet and salty, so I turned to a new mission: Operation Sweet/Salty Hot Cocoa!

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS DRINK! I decided to kick it up a notch and add dome Baileys Irish Cream to it – you can never go wrong with Baileys. If you are craving a sweet and salty drink then this drink is calling your name!

It is quite simple to make and makes 3-4 servings depending on how big your mugs are, or if you have huge mugs then it serves 2. There will also be no judging here if you want to drink it all, I actually did that.

Just a side note, the Baileys is optional. There may even be a liqueur that goes better with this drink! If that’s the case please let me know. Enjoy!
