We stand behind our products. Each and every one of them. Our products are warranted to the receipt barer (original owner or gift receiver) against defects in materials and workmanship, for the lifetime of the product.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is free. We usually ship our products out the same day as purchased. There are some cases where your order will ship the day after, depending on the time you place your order. All orders ship UPS Ground. If you need to expedite your order and are willing to pay for shipping, please contact us and we will help you out. Please note, international shipping is not available.

What if my order arrives broken?

We do our best to protect your package during shipment and understand your concern. Our fragile items ship in eco-friendly, rugged kraft boxes. Each and every product packed is first inspected, ensuring you receive the best quality product. Under the unfortunate rare event that your Tekoware product arrives broke, we will gladly replace it for you at no cost. We may ask that you provide photos before we replace the broken product.

Can I return a product I bought from your store?

Absolutely, yes! Our zero hassle return policy gives you 30 days from the date of purchase to decide if you’d like to exchange or return the product purchased. Please keep in mind that we do not pay for return shipping and we will not be held liable for lost in-bound shipments.

Your Lifetime Warranty will begin immediately after you’ve registered your purchase. Your privacy is very important to us. We will not share any of your contact information provided to us for your lifetime warranty activation.

Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, improper use, or negligence.

The lifetime warranty sets forth specific legal rights. This warranty supersedes all prior warranty statements for Tekoware™ products. Inquiries concerning this warranty should be directed via email to support@tekoware.com
